The Mercury is a proposed mixed-use luxury apartment project adjacent to the Pico Rivera Marketplace, located at 8825 Washington Blvd., west of Rosemead Blvd.

The site provides 255 vertical residential units, expected to be for rent. The project incorporates retail on the ground floor, providing space for new businesses.

The Mercury will include:
35 Studio units
159 One Bedroom units
57 Two Bedroom units
4 Three Bedroom units

ROOFTOP RECREATION
The recreation and open space component consists of plaza-type green spaces at the street level and a recreational component on the rooftop available to project residents. Amenities may include, but are not limited to, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, poolside cabanas, clubhouse, gym, barbecue area and garden/green areas. Each unit will come with its own balcony, serving as a private open space element for residents.

LANDSCAPING & GREENERY
Landscape will play and important role at many levels, primarily to soften transitions from ground plane to vertical plane, provide screening to the adjacent neighborhood, and to add color and texture to the building. Plants will be native and adapted species to meet water conservation goals and will not include any invasive species.
